Mike Babiak is an Army veteran who swapped tanks for trucks when be began his logistic and supply chain experience over 15 years ago. He spent 4 years supporting military logistics with one of the nation’s largest transportation companies. Mike then joined Amazon back when they had only 35 fulfillment centers. Over the next ten years, he held a wide variety of roles in operations. Mike launched multiple new sites in the US and Canada. He led both inbound and outbound operations and drove continuous improvement projects across the network. Mike spent multiple years at one of Amazon’s subsidiaries as the Director of Fulfillment and Fulfillment Systems. This included connecting their WMS to Amazon’s and eventually transitioning multiple distribution centers onto the Amazon platform. Mike's last role before joining the Longbow team was leading Amazon’s largest Make on Demand site. Mike is the Director of Customer Success for Rebus where he is focused on helping customers leverage Rebus to its fullest and being the voice of the customer to the Rebus Team.
